How does KYN work?

KYN structures the customer journey before technical implementation begins. The process starts with the need and available information, then moves suitable opportunities into technical assessment, proposal, installation, testing and support.

Not every enquiry should move directly to a site visit or quotation. Qualification protects the customer and delivery partners from premature assumptions.

The most useful starting information usually includes the property type, location, electricity bill, operating or household priorities, existing equipment and the main outcome or fault.

Does submitting an enquiry guarantee a site assessment?

No. The initial review determines whether the opportunity is within KYN's service area and whether enough information is available to justify the next step.

Who completes the technical design and installation?

Qualified technical partners complete detailed assessment, system design, regulated electrical work, installation, testing and agreed technical documentation.

How long does the process take?

Timing depends on information quality, site access, technical complexity, equipment availability, approvals and the final project scope. The expected programme should be confirmed for each project.

Can KYN help with an existing system?

Yes. Existing-system enquiries may be routed into battery expansion, diagnostics, repairs, upgrades or planned maintenance depending on the issue.
